BRING YOUR PASSWORDS. When I fried my MacBook Air Monday (crumbs in the keyboard—eschew Triscuits while working) I called AppleCore because it was open late and it had good reviews. Daniel told me to bring it down at 1:00 Tuesday. I was there, showed him that the only key that worked was Z, told him I had a Saturday editing deadline. He gave me an estimate of what needed to be done, called Wednesday to say my Air was toast but if I wanted, he had a 15” he could replace it with. I said yes. He cloned my new computer. I had my new Air (I really like the big one) back by Friday despite the hour spent trying to remember my passwords. He also synced my phone. Go to Daniel at AppleCore. REMEMBER YOU PASSWORDS.

Daniel was very professional and pleasant. He knew exactly what was wrong with my laptop once I explained the symptoms. He was able to replace the I/O port in my 2016 MacBook in less than 24 hours, and got it working again -- when I feared it was bricked forever. I highly recommend him.
