Ben and Kim had amazing customer care and great,honest communication. They took time and care to help me understand what was going on with my car. There was real transparency. They were genuinely polite and present during conversation. The bathrooms were clean. The whole team was friendly and knowledgeable. I only had to wait a few days to get my vehicle in the shop. They have reasonable rates. I highly recommend this shop. Thank You! Stay Blessed!

Ethical, transparent, competent, communicative, efficient, organized, honest, and absolute experts. If you don’t go here for whatever car trouble you have, small or large, you’re making a mistake. Thank you to everyone at ASL this week for identifying my check engine light problems, making high-quality repairs, and keeping my 2010 Ford up and running, better than ever. Well, the staff were friendly and accommodating but they could not figure out a problem with my Subaru.
Still, a $400 charge.
Took it to Mike's Garage who immediately diagnosed and fixed the problem.
It's Mike's from now on.

People Do not go there they are not very nice they get mad for put air. They don't have customer care. Always in a bad mood and they said not to come back for air go somewhere else.

Over the last two years I have spent more than $2,000 on Meineke's, Jiffy Lube and Brake Masters. No one said what the cause of the HVAC issues were. Some said there were none and charged me for a diagnosis. Alex Safety Lane did not condescend during their description of what were the problems. AND, they found the cause of the problems. No more bandaids. I will highly recommend them.

Had a splash guard under front bumper that was a temporary quick fix repair so we could travel again and Zach immediately gave an assessment of what to do and did it and didn’t even charge us! This shows true small town personable, thoughtfulness and costumer care! Thanks Zach!

Decided to check them out for the first oil change on my new-ish car. Sadly but very gratefully, they found bubbles in the sidewalls of all 4 of my near-new (and clearly defective) tires, and set me up with some fine new tires quickly at a fair price. They are also professional (but friendly) and communicate well. I will be going back.
