I had two encounters with the older self service checkout lady. The first time, she harshly instructed me on how to use your checkout machines. Nothing she said was at all considerate. The second time, she scolded me for not ringing up my items correctly. I had asked her how to do it before she laid into me but she hurriedly gave me the wrong information, then blamed me. Then she grumbled quite loudly that she would have to ring up my items again after canceling my order. I had to wait for some time and I even said I'd forget about my purchase and just go since it was taking so long. She then said it was my fault that it was taking so long. There are enough other grocery stores in Santa Fe that understand customer service where I'm happy to spend my money.

Best of all the Albertsons store's in Santa fe A charming environment friendly And Talented workers . They love to serve their customers First class A1 The produce area fully stocked But floor kind of uncleanness. Deli my favorite area alway have good food in hot bar sometimes good corn dogs. They just need to pay attention Not to forget about other customers Waiting to be helped for meat and cheese to be sliced. Seafood is a good area to stop by And see what's t h e catch of the week And it's near the butcher corner. This place is fantastic To take your time and shop For weekly items. And don't forget stopping by the bakery for tasty cookies and cakes.

DO NOT TRUST THEM TO MESSAGE YOU WHEN YOUR PRESCRIPTION IS READY. We eame here for a prescription for my eyes which were burning and had terrible pain. We checked in with them to ensure they received my prescription and they said it would be 15 minutes. They also said they would text me when it was ready and confirmed my phone number. We did our grocery shopping and paid but still didn't receive a message. I stood by the pharmacy for another 10 minutes before going to inquire about the status of my prescription. The lady looked it up and said that my insurance was rejected so they didn't fill it. There was no precut discussion about insurance and I had planned to pay cash the whole time. So there I was in pain and they again said it would be ready in 15 minutes. We went to Posas to eat lunch and then returned not trusting that they would actually text us and the prescription was ready. Thanks for wasting an hour of my life.

I was scolded and lectured by the front end clerk attending the self checkout machines because one of the machines jammed up after I tried to use a bill with some tape on it. The solution here is to BUY BETTER MACHINES that can deal with the real world scenario of an occasional bill with tape on it, rather than SCOLDING THE CUSTOMER. Not my problem that your machines are junk.

i think they are food coloring the watermelon. There is no way to tell since there is no list of ingredients but the watermelon is uniformly red but the taste is of an unripe melon.

Needs to be consistent with it's policies. Nothing sucks more then making a plan to go to one store and then finding out you have to go to another store, it cost me an extra 45min of time I didn't have in the first place and the young lady at register 5 was rude about it. Also, real talk, I'm not quite sure yet, but I think they may be a lil racist, because every-time I go and there someone is following me and often I wear work clothes so I'm clearly employed. This and other things, I'm just on my last straw with this store.

We went to this Albertsons, and when checking out was told they don't take "Out of State" Safeway/Albertsons rewards!We have just traveled all over the western United States and used Safeway/Albertsons Rewards every where!Other than that the store was OK. I wish they stocked Stokes Green Chile with pork and jalapeño, MJB coffee, and Mountain House Original Vanilla yogurt!

DO NOT go to this market. The staff is rude, the checkers are rude the managers are rude. There is no customer service to be found. I live close to this store but will never go back again. Expensive and frankly no one cares if you shop there or not. I'm not

Cashier was texting instead of ringing up my groceries. Had bought 12 bottles of something because they're on sale. Cashier says "oh they made a mistake. These aren't on sale. You have to compare the serial number and not just look at the price." And asked if I still wanted them and told me "you can go ahead and go put them back if you don't want them." No thanks. Just won't be back.

The staff is all really rude, and the "manager" kicked me out of the store because I didn't make eye contact with people, didn't want to be touched on the shoulder, and wouldn't move out of the way of where they apparently wanted to put the carts (by the flower section in the middle of nowhere). I am autistic... that is a recognized disability in the USA. I didn't see them kick out people in wheel chairs, so I should have been welcomed. The "manager" tried to say he figured a disabled person wouldn't be able to pay for stuff. I'm autistic, not an invalid. If you're reading this, I have a good paying job making more money than you, you dope! If Albertson's corporate were smart, they would fire this entire store and start from scratch with new people. This is by far the worst grocery store I have ever been in. I will only go to Market Street or Smith's from now on. Those places treat me like a human, and will get my business.
