I called when they opened today. They got me right in and the price was fair. Clean shop and clean waiting room. Staff at the front desk was very nice too. “My experience with Point S and immediate staff is beyond stellar.
Had work performed on my truck that included the install of tires all around and front struts. Being it is a Ford F150 it should run smooth as silk. Well after work performed I noticed a vibration on the steering between 45 & 60 mph so I returned to raise the concern, the folks at Point S identified the issue and resolved it immediately without hesitation. It was identified that one of the tires was manufactured with a defect and was replaced without any additional cost.
The Professionalism, Knowledge and Friendliness is beyond any other auto oriented business which I have ever experienced.
