They fixed an issue caused by another mechanic. The gentleman at the front end was helpful and kept me posted on what's going on with the car. The lady answering the phone was also super friendly.

Amazing! I couldn't change my oil due to my oil plug not coming off. Called around Espanola and wasn't impressed by the answers and customer service was getting from different places. Called Desert Sun and Adam (I think he's the manager) answered. He was SO thurough with his questions and predictions of what the issue could be before I even knew what it was. They let me bring the car in promptly and it turns out that my old dealer managed to impact-gun my oil plug so tight that it could potentially damage the oil pan during removal. Well, they were able to get the oil plug off without damaging the oil pan, and they replaced my oil, for a great price! Thank you for taking good care of my car! My dealer of choice into the foreseeable future. ?

I would never ever use Desert sun for anything especially the service Department ...My son took in his 2006 crystler 300 so they can make him a key for his car and when we called and talked to Matt the person that over sees service Department told my son that it was a 50/50 that the transponder key won't work and if it didn't we would have to buy a key of theres. So of.course it didn't work so we had to buy there key and even after multiply times trying it still didn't work. Matt told my son that there was many things wrong with my sons car but when we took it in only to try and get a replacement key made for it there was nothing wrong with it the car had just been started and driven 2 days b4 that....I have called and talked to Adam the manager of Desert sun and Matt had already talked to him and Adam instructed Matt to no longer try to do anything on my sons car because they had 3 diffrent stories and im sure messed with my sons car. I also called Yvette the owner and sadly never got a call back so it's obviously not important enough to her to call back for feed back. SO BEFORE ANYONE ELSE GETS MESSED UP PLEASE READ THERE REVIEWS BEFORE THEY GIVE YOU THE SAME KIND OF SERVICE AND DAMAGE TO YOUR VEHICLE. P.S. I had to put only one star because it wouldn't let me post if I didn't.

Me n my grandmother stopped in she wanted to look at a jeep renegade n they only had one salesmen on the floor and we waited 25 mins finally we left yes he was busy however they lost a sale. Get more salesmen on the floor..

Was treated very well by the CDJM service and parts managers and the mechanics. Big plus for this dealership; they answer the phone and call you back promptly!

We bought a nice truck & everything was good, low mileage, good price but they were changing companies, they had been bought out. We had to go back for more paperwork & it's quite a distance from our town. It's now been over 6 weeks & we have had to call them for another temporary plate & we can't get it registered because they haven't sent the title. Not impressed.

Horrible place to go if you need help, service manager busy playing on his phone, lady at desk Wouldn’t even check with service guy to see if they could change a bulb on headlight, said, “Eeee, I don’t know, have you been here before? Eeee, we would have to get all the information, and eeeee, I don’t know if we have anyone who can do it, and it might take a long time.” Oh my goodness, and this was in the service center.

We bought a new Durango with the upgraded extended warranty. When our vehicle broke down they wouldn't work on it, or loan us a vehicle. They kept telling us they would "work on it when they could because it was not scheduled." How we could schedule a breakdown is beyond me. Anyways, a week later nothing was done. We decided to take it elsewhere because they couldn't give us an estimated time frame to get it fixed. We called and told them we would go pick up the vehicle the next day since they couldn't work on it. When we went to get our vehicle it was taken apart. We told them we couldn't take the vehicle taken apart, so we left it and asked to get it put back how we had left it. Four days later they called for us to pick it up. When we went back to get our vehicle for the second time it wouldn't even run. We couldn't even get the vehicle out of the parking lot. We will never give our business to this dealership again. This is very disappointing, as we love our Espanola Valley and would prefer to do business here.

The entire team at Desert Sun were helpful and friendly. Brandon was incredible, he listened to what I was looking for and didn't try to talk me into more than I needed. He found the perfect vehicle for me, brining it from another location and they worked to get me the best finance option and best value for my trade in. I love my new Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk and would recommend the team at Desert Sun to anyone!
