Despite the tax prep price being somewhat expensive I was very happy with the outcome. This is my 3rd year using H&R Block and they have been helpful every time. I'm not fearful of much but the IRS is one of those rare things that make me shiver so it's nice to know that H&R block has my back.

It was an OK experience my taxes did get done and fairly quickly but I don't feel like I was walked through the process or educated on my taxes I feel like many of my questions were answered with I don't know witch is frustrating not knowing how to better our situation for the next upcoming year was a better experience than last year but not by much
