The hours listed are wrong. I've attempted to fix them three times now. M-F, 7:30-4:30, and 9-12 on Saturday. Closed Sundays.The staff are very hardworking and kind. Most of the complaints I'm seeing here are probably due to the third party carrier who is contracted to deliver to the box clusters. We seem to only have issues with them during the holidays when the whole system is overwhelmed.

The staff are so rude and unhelpful. Our carrier seems to not know how to do his job as I have had multiple things go missing and/or placed in my neighbors box. I notify the postmaster and nothing gets done about it. I receive notification that an item is out for delivery that requires a signature so I call since I know my carrier won't even have it in his truck to attempt to obtain required signature to verify it is actually there before I make the trip out there and the woman that answered the phone was very rude which seems to be par for the course and a constant at that location.

Lady in the front didn't want to help me. All she had to do was check on a package. Rude and stand-offish, no need for an attitude when i'm trying to receive my mail....

I try to use UPS and FEDEX, and dislike using this post office for packages. When I find that it has to be delivered USPS, I do not expect an easy delivery and pickup. They regularly say packages are delivered or sent back when they are not. I think possibly because they are delivering them but to the wrong address. From my understanding, it's a tracking system they use, but it is not user friendly to the customer. I've lived in a rural NM area before and it this wasn't a problem. C'mon please do better!

The people who work here(specifically one young woman) are absolutely incompetent, unfriendly, rude and I am sorry that this is my only option for receiving mail. I have had a box here for over 35 years and never really had any problem until the last 3 years.

Miserable staff that couldn't care less about their jobs or your mail. Constantly dealing with missing and misplaced packages and mail delivered to the wrong addresses. Staff doesn't care at all when you tell them these issues. If you're picking up a package, you better hope you have the pink slip or else "they can't find it"; but magically will find it if you get the slip the same day or even if the package has been marked delivered. I've complained many times and tried to contact the NM Post Master General but could never reach anybody to discuss these issues. They simply don't care about you. I even have Ring video of the mailman throwing a delicate package to the ground. It's infuriating to have my mail effectively held hostage by these horrible people. Please, if you hate your jobs so much, go find a different one. After literally hundreds of dollars in lost mail and countless hours of lost time going to the post office just to be told they can't find it, I'm just fed up. I wish there was something else I could do. If you're planning on moving to this area, beware that you may never get some of your mail.

Never really get to go here a lot except for when we need to pick up large packages and didn't have any bad experiences. Our mail lady who delivers mail in Sandia Knolls is just the best. She always put the packages in a plastic bag when the weather is bad and she makes sure that she puts them in a secure spot.

Horrendous service by the postal carrier. Consistently losing, "misplacing", misdelivering or stealing (yes stealing) packages, ranging from small things to firearm parts. Multiple complaints logged. Nothing done. Seems fishy, and postmaster won't handle it either. Postmaster has done nothing, etc.

The office or the contract carrier most of time says box unavailable! Which means one has to go get it, the carrier told me that I did not get my mail often. So I have cut down my online orders if I think it is going through USPS

This postal office is totally incompetent. Continously mis-deliver mail & packages. I have gotten confirmation of packages being delivered with a time stamp and when I have checked my mailbox, the package wasn't there. When I have complained to the Post Master, she basically just takes down the tracking number and tells me she is going to call with the status. Of course, no phone call back. Just terrible customer servive.

Great work by the staff keeping up with the demand of our little community. They are always Polite, very efficient, great customer service. The patience they have is fantastic especially with rude patrons. Postal workers are under appreciated but I am grateful for their loyalty to keeping up their standards

This is one of the very worst post offices I've had the displeasure of having to endure. Packages constantly are mis-delivered, misplaced, and noted as delivered when they have not been. At least twice a month or more this happens. A true hassle unless you like having to be a detective in search or lost or misplaced mail. Dismal service.

Extremely slow service. Not only with actually in store, but with deliveries as well. Poor customer service seems like no one enjoys there job which makes it even more difficult to get anything done with this building. I hope you guys look at other options before having to deal with this business.
