I’ve been using this gas station since it was built. The last several times I noticed how slow pumps have been. My understanding is this is caused by dirty filters.
Please change the filters and bring back the UPSIDE app discount so I don’t have to find another station.

We live near by and use this gas station often. Prices are higher than average but it’s the closest gas station to us in Sandia Park. The 5 stars goes to the customer service, on June 15th I stopped by to grab a few items after a hard day and the male cashier on duty turned my day around. He cracked jokes with me and was empathetic. That 2 minute conversation made my evening better and I appreciate the kindness he showed, as well as the customer who was behind me and also chimed in to make my day better. A few words of encouragement and humility can make such a difference.

They state they are open until 11:55 but lock the doors and turn people away before that.

Cashier named Chris is the best employee there!! he makes my time there great every time i go! he’s the sweetest and best worker they have!! he deserves a raise for sure he’s the greatest guy ever!! he’s my bestie fr ??:)))

I'm giving a 5 star because normally the chicken is the best . We drive from Albuquerque to get some. Yesterday 4/4/24 , we were lucky to find some chicken. The chicken was too salty ,we were so disappointed... we will have to try again another day....

You all are extremely expensive. Don't have prices on anything ( I'm sure so it doesn't discouraged sales)At lunch if your lucky to find a hot dog.....THERE ARE NO BUNS. Then you can buy two pieces of chicken for eight dollars this highway 14 robbery

Apprently 1130 is when it closes although the website says 1155pm they also don't accept cash late as well. I am only writing this because of this is probably the 5 time stopping in late and the door being locked before advertised time. I am surprised by the 3.9 google star the store frequently is never stocked half the soft drinks are out of order or does not have the syrup changed. The only reason it's as busy as it is is because of the absurd amount of alcoholics in the area buying booze.

Two young adults walk into the gas station at 11:42pm on 12-20-23. The cashier told the two young adults that they could not accept cash so the two young adults went to the car to get a card to pay for items at which time the cashier locks the doors and doesn't let them back in. Horrible management, if closing time is 11:55 which is indicated on the website then don't lock paying customers out. Horrible employees.

$17 worth of salt in burritos, bought 2 and they are so disgusting we took 1 bite and threw them. Do not get a burrito here unless you love salt. I would leave 0 stars if possible.

I love shell. Super clean most of the time. They sell good gas and are competitively priced. Never had a bad experience here.

If you are blessed to be here while the chicken spot is open do not hesitate to order maybe the best in the state 12/10 no notes sides are fine sauce is fine but the chicken is an oasis in the Sahara
