  We arrived at Ruidoso at around 6 pm and it is unpleasant to arrive at the ATM and have it out of service.

  I moved here a few years back and was use to good service by a smaller hometown bank. Wells Fargo is the only chain bank in town and they really don’t care what kind of service they give or their reviews. Who do they think they’re fooling.
