This lady will rip you off quickly. questionable buisness practices but she know what she is doing. she takes advantage of consignment. hard lesson to learn. big pay day for her. also her personality is lacking to say the least.

BEWARE!! Do NOT do consignment with this lady. She claims 60 - 40. Then she pays 94 -6. Literally sold a mink for 10 k and payed me $180. Not a damn thing i could do. Ruthless scandalous heartless crook. BEWARE!!!

You shouldn't announce open on the internet when you're NOT. That's no way to run your store. Be honest. Be open, and be there.

Carolyn is a darlin'!! This store is amazing, and has so many unique items. I could have spent hours in there trying on clothes, but I did not want to hog the dressing room. I took advantage of the wonderful sale and bought several cute tops. This is a must stop in Ruidoso!

This store has incredible merchandise, and is incredibly well merchandised. The quality merchandise is also priced well, and we just purchased a lovely fur. I do have an issue, and that is that, throughout the store and directly inside the shoe and fur room, there are handwritten signs highlighting discount levels on specific items with corresponding colored tags, e.g., pink tag = 30% discount, dark green tag = 40%, and so on. The fur my Mother selected had a yellow tag (65% off), which was confirmed by a "new" associate when asked however, when the owner arrived, she stated that furs were not part of the sale but were instead negotiable. Instead of the expected 65%, we were only able to negotiate a 25% discount. If it wasn't that my Mother had been searching for such a fur, we wouldn't have purchased, but this is a misleading business practice and sales tactic. If the furs (any item) are not included in the sale, a disclosure should be posted and the items should not have the very same colored tags as the items that are included. In short, enjoyed the store, but buyers should be sure to clarify pricing BEFORE expressing interest in items so as to not fall victim to this misleading practice, and the owner should be careful to operate with better, and more transparent business practices to avoid becoming known as Crook & Johnnie's.

Quality consigned vintage and new unique women's clothing in a setting that could keep you shopping here awhile. Fun and funky. We spent a couple of hours trying on clothes and jewelry and chatting with the sales clerk. Certain color tags go to 50 percent off after the clothes have been there awhile. Unique items include a plethora of fur coats, including minks, blinged purses and party shoes. If you're spending the afternoon shopping in Ruidoso, this is a good place to find something unique. They take credit cards and all sales are final. But you'll want to keep it anyway.
