Very friendly here. Just poorly assigned inside for walk up and order ahead. And they turn off order ahead often, so order inside is common to wait 20-40 minutes. Now they close the entire inside when the weekends get busy. And 1 out of 3 times trying to order a cold brew or Nitro they are out. Need some organization.

Your coffee changed from perfect to weak. Your music is unpleasant and loud. The waiter was rude and was unable to get it right. I like to add cream and sugar myself. Overfilled and I got burned. Used to be the only place I would go. Now I won't go back again.

What a joke, register inside went down. So they refuse service to walk in customers and make them leave and go thro drive through to get service

It was very crowded today so service was slow, which is understandable. Most of the staff were pleasant and friendly in spite of the chaos. One staff member-his apron read “Avery”- needs to be given some lessons in basic etiquette and manners. He is rude and should not be working in the service industry.

I have been loyal gold star member since 2007 and this Starbucks is by far the worst store I have been to. The main issues all seem to revolve around not having enough staff. They have the online order option turned off most of the time no matter the time of day and many times the lobby will be closed also. I was understanding during the time of Covid but that excuse is long gone at the end of 2023. This needs to be addressed we own a house here now and my loyalty to this franchise is almost at its end.

Waited over 20 min for 3 drinks just to have the drinks all taste ridiculously watered down. The hot chocolate was hot water with a hint of chocolate. Very disappointing.

Very slow, shut down online ordering and closed the lobby so they could handle the crowds . Day before we sat for 25 minutes for one coffee

We stopped by on Christmas it was packed. It took us about 15-20 minutes before we got to the front of the line. I wish they would've told us approximately how long the wait would've been. I understand that it's busy and it's the only Starbucks in town but it they would've communicated the wait time I probably would've left. There is no reason why a person should have to wait 45 minutes for their drink not including the wait time it took to order. As I was observing, and previous Starbucks employee myself I don't understand why the cashier didn't stop taking order and help the baristas catch up on the drinks. He kept taking order over and over, when there wasn't anyone left in line to place an order instead of helping out with the drink he was opening the boxes and putting the shipment away. How does that make any sense? There weren't any seats to sit down, not exaggerating but there was at least 15 people standing waiting for a drink. Overall poorly managed, and wasn't greeting coming in or anything I know it Christmas and majority of the people don't want to be there working but I have been to other Starbucks and they make it was a wonderful experience from the moment you step in till the moment you leave. To top that off my drink had syrup running down the side of my cup.
