Ok, disclaimer, I've never interacted with a live person here, only the pumps. So I can't testify as to the quality of (human) service. However I've been here on multiple occasions and can testify to the fact that they're as cheap as any other place in Ruidoso. It's in a great location being on SR48 (Sudderth Dr.), and just west of SR70 approximately 1/2 mile. One can be confident in a quality fuel when stopping here. As with all fuel stations in New Mexico (that's been my experience), they offer the 3 basic unleaded fuels in 86, 88, and 91 octanes, along with diesel. Credit and debit cards are accepted, and squeegees are available to clean your windshield. It's not cramped like some stations, offering easy entrance and exits for larger vehicles and those with motor homes or trailers. It's covered so there's a lot of shade and some protection from any occasional showers. This is my "go to" station when I'm in Ruidoso. I recommend you check them out.

I'm usually the last one to complain on any sort of bad experience. it's just it was snowing and really cold this morning. I was asked very rudely to wait outside because of the occupation limit in the store. I was still very patient and I understand the policy. But she could have asked me to wait outside a little nicer and also let me know that they were cash only. Or at least put out a sign that says cash only which would have only taken a couple seconds. So once I finally got inside was able to make my selection and got to the front she very really asked if it was cash or card and then said oh I can't do that. Just kinda sucked ?

Super nice lady / cashier (Lynn?) and the Breakfast burritos are GREAT!! Not bad for 5.50 ! We go back here at least once a week to feed the kids while in town. Austin has some good Tex-Mex breakfast tacos, but these are PRETTY DARN CLOSE to perfection !!!

I only will use shell and this location is my go to. However that said, they replaced the pumps with "better" pumps that actually are suppose to accommodate different types of payments. The 3 visits I have made since the new pumps have arrived did nothing but take double the time. 1st issue is the screen when you try to use rewards, I feel like they want you not to bother as it messes up repeatedly. 2nd issue with a chip credit card it has difficulty accepting the card at a few of the pumps and no it is not my card. 3rd issue when it finally takes the card and asks is this debit and you click the bottom button to say not ot reads it as yes. And you have to start all over again.
