A friend and I were really disappointed by this "spa." We went hoping to have a relaxing time with exceptional service and didn't receive either. My massage experience was mediocre. The massage therapist was nice and seemed to know what she was doing, but the room was terrible. There were no solid doors, only curtains, which did nothing to keep noise out. For an hour I heard kids running around and just about more beauty shop talk then I could stand. After the massage, I got in their oxypod. All I can say about that is don't waste your money or time. I didn't notice any difference and came out a sweaty mess. I was most disappointed by the lack of customer service skills demonstrated by the owner and the esthetician. We were greeted by an attitude when it was discovered that there was a misunderstanding on the services booked. Instead of apologizing like any good spa owner, the owner simply turned up the attitude and made us feel incredibly uncomfortable. The esthetician's behavior was by far the most appalling behavior I have seen of someone in the service industry. I've had better customer service from the Taco Bell drive thru. All in all, this place is a sham and not worth a fraction of what I paid for shoddy service.
