Extremely satisfied with Ruidoso Ford mobile service to change out the airbags in my 2012 Mustang. I waited many years before I had this taken care of, because it isn't easy to take off during a work day. When I found out about the mobile service, I called Vision Ford in Alamogordo. They would not come to my place and do the work. My brother told me to call Ruidoso Ford. I called the service department, and the man I spoke with said he saw no problem for them to send mobile service, so he ordered the parts for my Mustang. The service technician came to my place about three days later and completed the installation of my new airbags. Super nice guy who followed the TSB for a perfect install. I will use Ruidoso Ford for my service in the future.

The dealership made it easy to figure out what I wanted by having their inventory online. My salesman, Jason Kinnick, was personable and very knowledgable. The purchase process was relatively quick and the various departments involved were efficient and professional. The vehicle was detailed beautifully and we drove away very happy. Promised floor mats arrived within two days and I was contacted about them promptly, and they were installed immediately. I highly recommend Ruidoso Ford Lincoln.

Good people, good mechanics. I brought them my VERY messed up Ford with a whole bunch of electrical/computer problems that no one else could figure out, I didn't get it back in perfect condition but I got it better than any other service center could manage.

Recently moved to Ruidoso. I am very meticulous about my F250 and during an inspection they found a transfer case seal that needed replacing they ordered and replaced in a timely manner. I will continue to do business with them. Thanks for catching this before a catastrophic issue could have happened.
