    Absolutely love Roots coffee! I have had a great experience both times I have gone to their store! Ashley is so personable and kind. She really takes time with explaining the different types of coffee. She is so positive and inviting! Yesterday we walked about with more coffee than we needed but very much wanted!!

    This was our first time in this store.....and it won't be our last! Ashley was absolutely amazing.....very knowledgeable and very helpful!! She is an exceptional administrator and has a great sales personality. I hope you promote her to general manager with a nice pay raise! We will definitely be returning!
