Amazing service! They work with my crazy schedule and always get me in right away. My pathfinder always looks beautiful and smells amazing when I get her back. They do a phenomenal job and are super reasonably priced. Been taking my cars there for years and have never been disappointed!

I use these guys to wash firetrucks and ambulances. They do a really good job. I have also used them for window tinting. I was very pleased with the results.

I am very disappointed in Adam and this shop. I took my truck here for a detail and tint. I had never had my truck detailed by someone else before (was very excited). They pulled my truck into the shop and apparently did not shift the truck into park before turning it off and locked the shifter. Long story short, after trouble shooting it, I had to have my truck towed to a dealer.The dealer told me the only cause they could speculate to, was that the truck was not in park when it was turned off. Knowing that mishaps and mistakes happen to the best of people I approached Adam in a calm objective manner and asked how the situation could be made right. He responded with a pompous "can do no wrong" attitude telling me had pulled thousands of vehicles in his shop and this was not his fault. I will grant him that he did make it right and did not make me pay for the detail. However, I've already made an appointment at another shop for the tint on my truck and I will not be using this shop again.

Adam never showed up by 11:30 Wednesday. Scheduled time was by 11:00. Had to leave for home in Las Cruce. I was disappointed since he was so prompt last year. Maybe next time.

Took my chrysler there to get detailed. Went to pick it up. Didn't think to inspect cause they did fine on my jeep. Sent pictures of all of the stuff they missed. They said "the stain was very hard to get out" but I wasn't even worried about the stain.. the cup holders were very nasty. There was potato chips in the third row of my car. They didn't even detail the third row at all. Asked for a partial refund and no response...

The people here are so courteous, helpful, and kind. My car needed to be vacuumed and washed after visiting White Sands National Park. These guys did a fantastic job in cleaning and washing my car. The pricing is very reasonable. I wish this company were in my town where I live.

Reflections Auto Salon in Ruidoso Downs is a treasure in greater Ruidoso for premium auto services. I highly recommend for window tinting. The staff is fast, professional, and kind. For window tinting services, the prices are very reasonable and you don't have to drive extra miles to other towns to get the job done. They offer lifetime warranties on tinting work that you really must consider given the climate changes from mountain to desert. And if you want the dark stuff, they can do that too ;)Services: Heat control window films
