First, the parking lot does not facilitate full sized trucks. Second, I had 9 items to return to amazon. I googled if postal annex was a ups store. Results said on the map pinned "authorized UPS shipping outlet" at postal annex. Figured that was the same as "store". When I arrived with my nine returns and 9 QR codes for them to print the labels and package them, I was told that they didn't do that and that I could try to print my labels from their printer and was handed an instruction sheet with detailed instructions on how to cancel my returns on amazon and basically start over from step 1. I was upset and embarrassed and took my nine returns home where I am busy getting ready to bring home a new baby. When I had the time to address cancelling and redoing all of my returns, I was unable to return 5 of the items priced $30 dollars each because it was past the deadline. So in conclusion, I was out $150 dollars and had to redo all the work myself for the remaining 4 items. Thankfully I have a home printer but the internet is out due to the fires and floods, I had to subscribe to mobile hotspot just to print. Some accuracy on google would be nice, as I'm sure I'm not the only person this has happened to, considering the stack of pre-printed cancel return instructions with a cute smiley face to ease the customers frustration. More frustrated now, than when I left the "authorized UPS shipping outlet" Postal Annex.

Great bunch, they even grabbed a box from my car i couldnt pick it up. Went back thursday to get a manual printed from a thumb drive. She said she didnt have time id have to leave it. I couldnt and neaded today. She went ahead printed it and bound it for me. Thanks so much.

Great customer service! They were very helpful: moved boxes from the vehicle, gave recommendations for shipping, & overall very nice. They're at a new location - 1404 Sudderth - across from the donut shop. Look for the sign!
