Great store! Plenty of merch and things ya need in a bind. Shop does lots of services needed to get your rig back on the trail! Owner was very nice and had lots of great info about trails! Will definitely be going back!

This review is coming way too late, but I had to put in my two cents. I don't know what exactly went down, aside from my hubby coming home with a beautiful and more than just trail-worthy new MTB addition to our family, but he was so ecstatic with the whole experience and his purchase. No one tried to upsell him when he discussed what he wanted, and they answered every question. He has been out taking the trails so much more, with much less complaint about wear and tear... so I'm a happy Wifey too. Thank you guys for taking such awesome care of my man, I'll definitely be headed your way when I'm ready to upgrade from my hard-tail!

Great bike shop. Was visiting from out of town. They repaired my bike between our morning ride and afternoon ride. Repair was down right and was a good price. They gave us lots of good tips on where to ride. Went back the next day and they actually cared about what we thought about their recommendations (they were great) and asked us lots of questions. Highly recommend this shop.

First class bike shop. You can be as big as you want to be - Moab daredevil to pleasure rider, which I am. Owner is the service tech which is comforting. If I do make the plunge for an electric it will be here.

The guy here, Wallace, was very friendly and helpful. Answered all my questions and let me ride a bike. No full suspension bikes under $3000. He has a very limited supply. Nice shop. Demo rentals available.

Called PTB when the rear tire on my ancient Specialized Rock Hopper went bye-bye while visiting Ruidoso in late July. Wallace had the tire and was able to fit us in. We were in and out in short order. Great guy, great service, reasonable prices. Happy to recommend Wallace and PTB.

Awesome friendly service and quick turnaround. Just in town for a few days and my brakes weren't working properly. Wallace stayed late to fix my brakes and make sure I could get a ride in for my last day in town. Very reasonably priced and Excellent customer service!!! Would highly recommend if you're in Ruidoso. THANK YOU!!!!
