Very helpful people and parts that are not in stock usually available next day. They even fixed a flat for me when they were 5 minutes from closing.

Jim replaced a bearing for me that I couldn't press myself and at a fair price, more affordable than Big O quoted me. And honestly, if you want to actually get answers and a good working knowledge about auto parts, O'Reilly's and AutoZone can't deliver like Western Auto.
