Best car wash I have been to. very friendly, employees Free towels to dry off your vehicle also Free air hoses to get water out of cracks that you can’t get with a towel very good car wash.

Epic Car Wash cleans our vehicles better than any car wash we’ve ever been to! Our vehicles come out looking their best! Even the tires have a shine that lasts for a long time. We always use to pay for tire shine at other car washes and never noticed it on our tires. Epic Car Wash is like no other! We have monthly memberships on both vehicles, it’s well worth it for us! The vacuum stations are great as well, providing complimentary towels to wipe down vehicles. The building is beautiful and is always neat and clean! We highly recommend it! We only go to Epic Car Wash to get our vehicles looking their very best!

Jessica is very attentive to customers. The monthly wash plan is very helpful. We have it on two vehicles. I highly recommend this car wash.

I love the new Epic Car Wash in Ruidoso, NM! Their unlimited washes are the best. Mountain driving is dirty so it is great to have a local business that takes care of your car. They also take time to know their customers. Stop by and meet Jessica and her crew you won't regret it!!

Didn’t get my truck clean at all , I knew it wouldn’t so I asked the attendant if I could come back through as many times necessary. She stated shouldn’t have to . Well needed to but wasn’t allowed. I’ll never go back

I love these new automatic car washes, but this one is a failure. Across three states the basic is $8, here it is $12. They used no spray wash on the front end of my car, so it came out very dirty. The third failure is that they charge you for vacuums. In the more than one dozen similar car washes I've been to the vacuums are free. Find another place to wash your car. The manager who I spoke to is a completely dishonest person. I never use profanity. My car was still dirty front to back when I left.

Was visiting Ruidoso with family from El Paso this past weekend. We hit quite a lot of bugs on the drive and wanted to get the car washed on our way out of town. We drove past Epic Car Wash and thought we'd give it a try. Let me tell you, it did not disappoint! The owner, Jessica, greeted us at the gate and was so friendly. She recommended we get the "Epic Wash", as she could see the caked-on bugs on the grill. $20 sounded worth it for all the bells and whistles, and our car came out perfectly clean. It included free vacuuming and as many free towels as we needed. The free pressurized air was also a nice addition - my uncle is an army veteran and very detail oriented, so he spend over 10 minutes getting every drop of water out of the door cracks. I'd absolutely sign up for a membership if we lived local. Will be returning on the next trip!

The wash itself is nice the customer service isn't. Went in to vacuum my vehicle and not even two minutes in after my son and I put money in they shut off the vacuums. No warning whatsoever. I went over to see if I could speak to someone and the doors were shut. There were two vehicles there, so im sure they belonged to the employees. Very unprofessional. If it's closing time, I would think making sure people aren't still there would be the best thing to do. instead of shutting everything off without a notice.
