Shop staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Shop has a good variance of things you may need for your bike. Bike rental prices are fair and they can get you set for a action packed day.

The store owner and employees were super friendly and made our rental of 4 e-bikes a seamless and pleasant experience. The bikes ran great and there are many nearby single track trails to enjoy. Highly recommend doing business with these folks.

Had to leave a review for this place. The staff was unbelievable and Blake took awesome care of myself and my friends. Would use this place for every biking and snowboarding need for a long time if I was in the area more often. You do not always find genuine people that love what they do and have the desire to help their customers beyond just making money and this shop rocks.

I wish I found this place sooner. Blake and the rest of the staff will go out of there way to ensure that you are taken care of. The overall professional and atmosphere is second to none compared to similar shops I have worked with. Whether you have experience with outdoor activities or you want to try it out for the first time, this is the shop to go to. There are lots of supplies if you are into things like snowboarding, mountain bike riding, or skateboarding. My friends and I drive over an hour just to come to this shop.

This place is top notch. Their rental bikes are well maintained and the customer Service is second to none. I’m not one to leave reviews, but these guys deserve it. I rented an electric mountain bike from them for a couple of days. They weren’t even open on the day I showed up but they were there working. Derek opened shop for me and hooked me up. He even gave me his number for when I was done. He met me back at the shop and got me taken care of. Second day, was just as pleasant. If you are looking to buy or rent bikes in Ruidoso, this is your place. They earned my business for sure. Good to see that kind of customer care this day and age.

I had a great experience at Board House and Bike Shop! The staff was super friendly and helpful, and the mountain bike I rented from them had amazing quality. They gave me helpful tips for how to stay safe and have fun when out on the trails. I will definitely be back here next time I'm in Ruidoso.

Big shout out to Blake and Board House and Bike Shop! We were traveling from out of town (Pittsburgh) and wanted a taste of some NM single track. Unfortunately we were only in town Sunday and Monday, the two days the shop is closed. Blake went out of his way to meet us and give us rentals for the day so we can still go riding on our vaca! He even lent us a tailgate pad for our rental truck. Cedar Creek is super close by and has some awesome trails for all skill levels. If you're looking for higher end mtb rentals or service in Ruidoso this is the place. Thanks again!

Highly recommend Board House and Bike Shop. My wife and I rented mountain bikes, and the owner, Blake, had a great selection of new Trek options. He is also knowledgeable of all the surrounding trails, so we could pick the ones that suited our skill level. Would definitely go back!!

Board house and Bike shop is the way to go for mtb rentals in Ruidoso! Blake offers very reasonable rental prices for amazing bikes, and he was super helpful with trails and pointers. Would totally rent from him again!!
