  Been banking with PNC in Ruidoso - and BBVA/Compass before their acquisition - for over 12 years now and in my option the best and most caring customer service in town.   Michelle, a teller at this bank, reached out to my parents who had not been able to come into the bank because of the virus and my mom’s dementia. She asked how they were and offered to personally help them if they had a need. I was very thankful for her outstanding act of compassion and kindness. Thank you!
