I have to give a big big shout out to Andrew from this location. I came in need for something very stupid but they didn’t had the part I needed. Andrew and the team then googled and made phone calls to other places until they saved me from being stranded.
I’m so so thankful for you guys for the service and help you provided. A happy customer without even buying anything ❤️

The crew at this location does not have expertise installing batteries in new pickup trucks. My 2019 RAM 1500 needed a new battery, instead of giving my business to the dealer in Roswell, I decided to support a local business in Ruidoso. They installed the new battery w/o removing a 'tab' and after 1000 miles of driving the wire contacts came loose. Cost me $100 to have a truck come out and fix. If your not qualified to do a job - don't do it

I tried the Alamo store unfortunately didn’t have what I needed. I called the Ruidoso store and spoke with the most super helpful person. I completely forgot his name ?. Had the Glow plug in stock, I asked if he could possibly put it to the side as I would be leaving from home in Alamo, he completely went out of his way to deliver it to Alamo store. I really appreciate all the extra help.

Called up broke down several miles away no transportation . Drew and Jerry saw to it part was delivered in about a half hour. Great service.
