This is a great place to buy furniture in Ruidoso. They have beautiful high quality pieces. This place went above and beyond to find me a sofa sectional and have it delivered the same day as I was only in town that day. I highly recommend this business!!

Not very friendly and made me feel like I wasn't good enough to be there then when I went to pick up my table once again rude like she was just so above me. Had to wait long time over all felt belittled

This has to be one of the best furniture stores I have ever been in. I am even considering buying some items for my home in another state. Prices are also very good! Will definitely be a repeat customer. Be sure to ask for Alan, he was awesome!

We are visiting a friend's cabin for a few weeks and just needed to buy a box spring. Our sales rep, Alan Archer, was so kind and helpful and was able to find us the perfect one! Then the delivery team, Lance and Daniel, we're absolutely amazing. They had to come up Ski Run Road, which is very steep and slippery. Lance handled it like a pro! Then Daniel pulled the box spring (which was completely wrapped in plastic) out of the back of the truck and had to hike up a pretty steep incline to get it to us. He made it look easy. They are a great team! If we lived here we would definitely be buying all our furniture and bedding from Miller Walthrop! It's a great store and has beautiful furniture and accessories. Everyone should shop there!!!

We had the pleasure of doing business with Ruidosa Location over July first holiday weekend. Spent $9500 on bed and mattress. Very happy with both. Could not be more dissasitified with sales person Alan. Made a promise of supplying Two pillows with sale. This has never happened even after multiple phone calls. Different excuse with each call. Unfortunately your employees are a direct reflection on your business. Would give zero stars if possible do not like being lied to. Thanks Ed G.

We paid for half of our bed when we purchased it. We asked for finance loan to help us pay for the rest of it but instead they lied to us and hooked us up with the rental agency and so we ended up paying $4,000 more than what the bed was worth. So in the end we paid $6,000 for a $2,000 bed. We have already turned them into the better business bureau and I would not recommend this place to get your furniture and unless you're extremely wealthy so that way when they rip you off you won't notice it.

I have already referred my friends to Miller Waldrop. We had been searching for the right mattress. With prices on the rise for a good mattress it had been difficult. We walked into Miller Waldrop and they were super knowledgeable and friendly. A great selection and super affordable. Every step was easy and they delivered to Alamogordo. Thank you for great service. We bought a couch too. Definitely will be back. Thank you again.
