On my weekly hike excursion my old Bronco broke down. Once I realized I couldn’t fix it on site my insurance company got ahold of these guys. Ash was the driver who rescued my ol girl and it wasn’t an easy place to load it up at that. One of my best experiences when it comes to the nightmare of breaking down off road. Ash was very professional and it was relatively fast. Thanks Down Towing! 5 stars

I can't give it 5 stars because when I called for service several times, I couldn't get anyone to answer, and I even left a message, but I still didn't get a call back,so I'm rating this just off not being able to get help when needed

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Dusty went above and beyond. My Brother(14) and Sister(6) and I were in an accident, rear ended by a Semi. Adrian and Brandon towed our vehicle and then Dusty met us at the yard at 8:00 pm the next night to allow us to get our belongings and assess damage. Great company! Thank you!!Service: Car towing

Weather it was to generally need there help to tow a car or it was due to me being pulled over and unfortunately having to go to jail due to warrant! Doesn’t matter! You guys loaded my $80.000 dollar car and completely TRASHED IT!!!! I don’t not and will not EVER recommend this company if your trying to get help towing a car! Already had enough to worry about and the last thing I wanted was to see my roush mustang completely trashed !!! And! A few things were stolen out of our car during the stay! You guys are a business and this wasn’t a way to handle clients at all regardless of the situation!
