Hope with AA Storage was very attentive throughout the entire process. Contactless registration was a breeze with the lock boxes for your keys, excellent system! She even accommodated an urgent situation while moving out. I would 100% reccomend this storage facility to anyone in Ruidoso, not to mention outstanding security as well!

I had a storage unit with AA for several years, and throughout my tenancy I enjoyed a great relationship with the company and owner. On my first day, the owner helped me get settled in quickly because of my situation. Management was always courteous and worked with me when I had an issue later with payment; management also is present on the property daily. Transactions were always seamless and they were happy to answer all of my questions. They even caught a pay discrepancy that I had not been aware of and reached out to me directly to resolve the issue on their own, which saved me a lot of time and money. They were great to work with while I was with them and I recommend their service ??

I haven't used AA in a decade, but recently needed a storage unit again, and called for available units. Seems AA has a new owner, and improvements are scheduled to be installed, including 24/7access (currently closes at dark) with the addition of electronic gates and lighting. The new owner is extremely friendly, responsive to questions. They do not reside on the property, but available any time I contacted them. Units were available when I needed it, and pricing is exactly where you'd expect it to be, and comparable to most storage facilities. Check them out if you are looking, you'll like what you find.
