They advertise how dedicated they are to customer service. Well, I have called and left messages, as well as sent two emails requesting to end my rental contract on the storage unit I moved out of weeks ago. No one has ever returned my calls or answered my email.You never, ever see a person when you rent your unit or when you’re trying to end your contract. You never even get to TALK with a person on the phone. I am apparently going to have to pay for another month on an empty storage unit because NO ONE WILL RESPOND TO MY INQUIRIES. It’s beyond frustrating.I recommend looking elsewhere for storage because you will have ZERO customer service with this place.

The business has a well devised web site, which allows you to provide them with your personal "identity" information, that includes social, drivers license, credit card information, phone number and address, However after providing all your personal information, for the "1st Time Set-up", you get web and onsite display phone numbers that go to voice mail, constantly, and no return phone calls or emails. Then you have to check your account daily, so that you can dispute the charge as fraudulent activity, when or if it appears. I can understand things happen from time to time and they do, however when you provide the public with "2" phone numbers for contact, an email address and a website that collects your personal information, then I'd expect that someone is watching out for the business and can relay emergent information or messages, so that people like myself don't panic. Fraud and identity theft are a big thing these days. It's been 10 days and still no response from the owners/managers/staff. Very frustrated and disappointed.
