“Bought a 21 Jeep Wrangler back in March Jared was a great salesman no pressure. It's now been in for service twice and both times I've been disappointed with the service, asked for a 5 tire rotation both times and today asked for the washer fluid to not be filled. The first time all I got was sorry we will do a 5 tire rotation next time, and today I asked for this and did not get it they actually had to bring it back in and do this. They also filled up my washer fluid. It's not much but when a customer specifically asks and you basically ignore them It's just not good business.”

“I went to Roswell Toyota for a tune-up. They did the system check up and finished the tune-up and oil change in about half an hour. Last year I was told I needed to check my brake pads and another fluid. This time they made no mention of it. Maybe because I had told them I can't afford anything but a tune-up today. They usually do a thorough job repairing/replacing parts. My last Camry lasted over 30 years with yearly check-ups. I trust Toyota to keep my car running in excellent condition. Anyone who has a Toyota needs to take it to a Toyota service center. They are trained to fix any problems you have. (Even a Lexus). Great service. ?”
