Came her to drop a package off. Wanted everyone to know they said they’ve been closed for three plus years. Lady came out and was rude and dismissive about them being ups and stated them and the store were separate entities. But the people at the ups store were so nice and even apologize for the customer center service and shared that they were concerned

UPS is the absolute worst. Pay for expedited shipping, to get my package in urgently. Then driver is just to lazy to "Leave it with a neighbor" (across the street) as I input on their website. Then they charge you an additional $7 to have it left at a drop off point. Garbage company, highly recommend using ANYONE else. You'd be better off paying a homeless man to deliver it on bicycle.

Tried to fake a delivery attempt when I was outside flagging the driver down as he drove past me. Overnight shipping, signature confirmation, your company is a terrible option for a $75 cost and a missed day of work. Very unreliable service. Spend your money with someone else and watch them fail.

Should really have access to speak with someone that can locate a package that has to be signed for; working Americans that keep you guys in business don't have time for your schedules, should be able to accommodate a easier way for us.

This place is literally the most confusing and most dumbest place ever I literally paid 7 dollars so I could pick up my package and no it’s saying it’s gonna be delivered a later date??♂️ Stole my money and still is gonna deliver a later date??♂️

I hate ups so much. Instead of letting me pick up my package up same day I have now been waiting 2 days. for a phone call to let me know when I could pick up my package. After paying 6.00 for them to hold my package. It is so silly how long they take to do anything. i hope they go out of business. (I did not have an option to ship my package through someone else)

Call the local UPS store, cant help. Call the local access location, cant help. They say to call the local Customer Care office. Its a 1-800 number where ya have to talk to call center and ask them to tell the local Customer/distribution center manager to call you back! They say we will get a call back in 2hrs.... welp... 2 DAYS and 2 CALLS from us to customer center in this week alone. STILL waiting! Past 3 months our orders have been delivered at the WRONG address! I dont even understand HOW the driver THINKS he/she is in fact at the correct, clearly correctly printed on order, delivery address when our orders are being left at a random WAREHOUSE! Our company BUSINESS CHECKS were sitting outside said warehouse, we only found them because we saw the UPS truck drive by. Our employee/company IRS DOCUMENTS again.. left outside that warehouse for anyone to just walk by and snatch up! Our office address is PRINTED ON THE BUILDING CLEARLY and instead 2 buildings down.. our items are found! Isnt a delivery driver paid to know where they are going?!

Worst experience ever! They've lost 3 packages in as many days I have security cams in my driveway that tape for a week they lied and said I signed for them online and by recording then they said they gave them to USPS to deliver but USPS has no record of the fabricated transactions. UPS in Roswell is the worst carrier and their customer service in the worst is the world! I had similar experiences in Hawaii and Guam!

DON'T USE UPS FOR MEDICATION DELIVERY. THEY WILL LEAVE YOUR MEDS WITHOUT NOTIFYING YOU. THEY DON'T CARE.So once again UPS left my medication on the ground outside my door without knocking or calling me to let me know. It is medication that is clearly marked "refrigerate immediately" yet it was just thrown on the ground for me to find accidentally. I've had this same thing happen before. I let UPS know, I gave them all the information they asked for but then silence. No follow up, no apology, no resolution. I was ghosted. Now I'll get some automated message saying they want to help but it's all a scam. DON'T USE UPS FOR MEDICATION DELIVERY. THEY WILL LEAVE YOUR MEDS WITHOUT NOTIFYING YOU. THEY DON'T CARE.
