The store manager Kent is more than knowledgeable and explains the problem in detail - great for women -. The mechanic Jonathan is a pure wizard. I had to replace my electric windows switch board. That job normally takes almost an hour. He was done in 15 minutes! Paying the bill took longer - just joking -. The prices are more than reasonable for a town like Roswell, NM. My future auto repair needs are now definitely covered. Best tire and Auto shop in town.”

Was with my family on vacation passing through Roswell, NM late last Sunday afternoon.   We had a slow leaking flat tire and needed it repaired or replaced before continuing on our trip.    Braulio Morales and Jerry Romero were working in the Tire & Battery department then and immediately went to work for me!   Turns out I needed 2 rear tires immediately.    They located the tires on the rack and installed them for me very quickly - and we were on our way again!    Otherwise we would have had to stay overnight and disrupt our vacation plans.
