I was always hesitant to join Crossfit so I went to a gym. Well this gym is open arms from the very beginning, incredible culture and great group of people that you actually get to know. Your results will impress you! I no longer go to Planet Fitness because I found Roswell Crossfit.

Great gym and environment! The coaches are all very knowledgeable and friendly! They scale the workouts from beginner to advanced lifters. I highly suggest signing up.

I've been a member of 2 other CrossFit gyms prior to this one and this one is the best equipped and has the most efficient layout that I've experienced. Having a heated workout space has also been nice this winter. Coaches are knowledgeable, organized and encouraging.
