Recently switched over to Sparklight and it is so much faster and Wi-Fi is much better than the one I had i wish I had switched over years ago

Every night the internet would crash. My phone internet was faster. The cost of spark light is horrible for the quality of service. As soon as fiber optic was available in my neighborhood I made the switch I recommend doing the same. Also my bill is cheaper with fiber optic which is more reliable and faster

Almost never have an issue with my internet. Always helpful customer service 24/7. Stopped renting my modem, upgrade to my own. Customer service did a great job helping me set it up.

I was a customer of Sparklight for two years, I paid 83 dollars a month for basic internet service that was decent internet, but the reason I'm giving low stars is because I returned my rented modem the day after my account was charged for the month on the 16th and the lady there at sparklight told me my refund would be processed in about 2 to 3 business days at that time I shut it off on the 17th. I waited and waited and kept checking my account, but no refund. Then, after 11 days of waiting patiently I decided to take time out of my morning to follow up in person at sparklight and see what the hell was going on. Turns out, she never processed the refund that day I returned the equipment like she said she would, and charged me for service I had no modem to use during the days I waited until today on the 27th. This is their customer service everyone, buyer beware of sparklight in Roswell! I will never go back.

Wifi never works always buffering technician never call back like they say been waiting for 3 days for a technician to call to see if problem can be fixed..for the price should have way better service

If I could leave 0 or negative stars I would. This is the most unreliable internet I’ve ever laid eyes upon. And when you call in for a trouble ticket you might get scheduled within 2 weeks. Or not. Techs are good but this company sucks. Bad. Better off finding something else

Our service constantly drops and buffers while watching movies it's decent if it's wired in but wifi wise it's a headache the tvs will not stay connected and once the connection is lost it's extremely difficult to get it to hook back up and if by some miracle it does it's terrible
