Technician had to travel 60 miles from shop in Roswell and arrived on time. Installation was swift and he left no mess. The connection works great, considering where we’re located. We’re successfully streaming live TV, and all our devices are working as expected. There are the occasional blips when the signal drops momentarily, but we’re very happy with the results overall.

Two weekends in a row no internet at all no way to get a hold of this company on the weekends when there's Internet outages or equipment issues has no problem taking my monthly payment though not a very happy customer

If I could give it zero stars I would. Every single holiday without fail the internet goes out and no one seems to care. No after hours phone line no communication about what issues they're having. Horrible service. If I could get literally any other internet service at my house I would!

Do not use this company. I urge you to find anybody else especially if you are in the Clovis or Portales New Mexico area do not use this company. The way that they treat people is barbaric. I ought to post the emails that I have read today where are they talk to elderly terminally ill cancer patients and her family and threaten them. Do not use this company. You would think after three times and 18 months of coming to a house and trespassing by opening lock to gates multiple times that you would realize that it's not the same people that live there I'm sure the people that you are looking for they didn't want your service because you are a horrible company with horrible practices. Making idle threats to an elderly terminally ill cancer patient shame on you. I encourage anybody that looks us up or sees this if you've had a same or similar experience with this company immediately file a complaint with a better Business bureau and your congressman.

This company has totally been unprofessional they've trespassed on my family members property they made threats to the daughter and to the homeowner of a terminally ill patient. This homeowner has requested that they stop after three times of trespassing on their property opening their private gate to enter their property and trespassing across acres of property claiming that they had a satellite dish from years ago that needed to be reclaimed. The homeowners have lived there for a year and 7 months and clearly or not the person that they are looking for some Christina or Kristen or something person. Let him turn and look for that person with the real estate agent who sold the property who was the rental agent to the person that previously lived there. Then they want to start making threats that they will be out next week and they will go in and out of the property until they find their merchandise. A good way for somebody to get hurt.

If you ever trespass on my property again you will face serious recourse. This company has trespassed on my property and threatened my family three times, opened a locked from inside gate and left gate opened. This is third time they have been to this and they have never had service here in two years i have been here. They are horrible humans. Horrible service and the owner is making threats to a terminal woman.

Complete garbage service. Had them for four years, because no one else covered the area I was in. Continuously had problems with my service, called and they would do something and it would be better for a few days, then it would go back to the way it was. Never got more than 4.25 mbs of service, while I paid for 10 mbs. Now that I've canceled my service and nearly 8 weeks later their equipment is still at my house. The people they have answering the phones are not honest or competent. The technicians are the only thing that's worth anything here, but they can't fix your service either.

Two weeks of poor service, did not return our call. Tried to call the Roswell office during business hours, no answer. Very frustrating.
