I have to drive from Ruidoso 1.5 hrs to get to Sams and obviously don’t go as often, about a month ago I went to get snacks for my son, I opened the ritz crackers and they were rancid , big box wasted! ( exp date Jan 22) Yesterday we stopped to get supplies for a weekend in the motorhome, got some tortilla chips and opened them today … same thing ! Rancid ! It reeked when I opened the bag but I still wanted to try em… (exp date 11/21)

Usually pretty pleased with Sam's. I was there a few weeks ago and needed help at the self-check. One lady on duty, and she was down the way, chatting with friends. Totally ignoring the lines of customers at the self-check lanes. Very busy time. Her back was even turned! People were backing up at the register I was trying to use, also, but I couldn't help it. I had to walk down and wave my hand in front of her face! She was able to solve my problem right away. And was very snippy about it. Excuse me, do you work here????!!!!! Sam's supposedly has reserved Tuesday and Thursday mornings between 7 and 9 AM for people in the high-risk group. I am 68 with multiple health problems. Got to Sam's a little before 9 am this morning (Thursday). Store half-full of people half my age. Including families with children. I complained to a mgr. He tried to tell me it was 9:00. No, it was not. But, as I tried to point out to him, there was a young family (large group of people) checking out at a nearby lane. So they obviously had been there well before 9 am. His response was to just repeatedly tell me that I should go to the area where staff would help me. Take my list and get my stuff for me. Which is a service Sam's provides during these time frames, for people like me. No, thank you!!!! I never get Sam's ads in the mail anymore, like I used to, so I don't know what's on sale. Plus Sam's is worse than Walmart about changing out their merchandise. I didn't know til I walked in the store if they had what I wanted. And I also like to cruise around and see what else there is that I might want. I am filing a complaint with the Sam's main headquarter. Plus, the governor's office, as this is a health risk. And anybody else I can think of.

COMMENDATION. I would like to extend my deepest gratitude to some of your team members, namely Martha, Jeremy and the old gentleman by the entrance and the courteous lady by the exit at around 1030am. I accidentally left my bag which contains the car keys inside the trunk while I was unloading my groceries. I asked the nice lady at the exit to help and she requested help from Jeremy. Great service. The young lady at the front was so nice. She went out of her way to help us and was so friendly. Thank you Marissa. That was the first time in the Roswell Sams.

I was so impressed with the customer service I received from one stand out produce assosiat. Mr James went far and beyond the produce dept to make sure my needs where met.... the Amazing thing is he did it with a smile on his face and didn't make me feel like I was bothering him... I definitely will be revisiting Sam's Club just because of this employee..

You fail Sam's Club. We purchased a pizza, waited about 10 minutes and were given our "fresh pizza". To our disgust, when we got home, we had been given a pizza that probably sat for at least half an hour. It was cold, dry, and tough. Is this how you treat your customers? I wish I could put a negative in front of the star.
