Did not have a good experience at this shop. Felt I was being finaggled on parts and pricing. I told them it was not an insurance job, and still got estimates reflecting insurance prices. I went somewhere else, and guess what? Saved myself over $700! Would not recommend this shop unless your rich!

A couple of months ago, while driving through Texas in the break of dawn, a rather large deer decided to see what's on the other side of the road. Unfortunately, he didn't get to get that query answered but did get to talk to the Lord. As for my truck, it took quite a lickin' and needed some work. A quick run through of options in the Southeastern NM area and landed on RBS. From the time it got dropped off to the new picked up, it was much quicker than anticipated, even with additional damage found after dropping it off. As you can see from the finish picture, they did a fantastic job. There was constant communication throughout the process, and service was extremely friendly. I am very happy with the end product and overall service.

I had work done that was covered by insurance after a hail storm a couple of years ago. I had to go back the the shop several times after the initial work was done to get things fixed. Paint over spray on the wheels and several issues with paint. Everytime it went back into the shop something new came out messed up. I was also told that the paint that they use is very high quality. However since then I've had so many issues with paint chipping and flaking off. It may be because my car was in the shop during what may have been one of the busiest times they have ever had, I still would've expected much better work though. I should've taken it to the body shop that was recommended to me. My mistakeServices: Body & Trim

After a windstorm an tree limb fell on my car. The insurance came and issued a check for the damages. RBS found that the insurance only covered bondo. RBS contacted the insurance company and fought for a replacement hood. They did ALL the leg work and replaced everything in a timely manner. RBS is the only place I go for body work.Services: Body & Trim

I wont lie, I hesitated leaving my car here because of their Google star rating but I still left it since it seemed easier with my insurance. And thank God I did because these guys more than exceeded my expectations. Although it took a minute to schedule in my car, once I dropped it off they got it done unbelievably quick. They even went out of their way to help me save money on the repair. They are super nice and super efficient. They did such a great job and I highly recommend them.

Well even though this was mostly an insurance covered repair they did not communicate at all when there were delays or when they found additional repairs needed, it was always us chasing them to find out what was going on how the repair was coming. Overall pretty dissatisfied, the repair was done nicely but their communications skills were poor.

They did amazing job on what I was sure an unfix-able problem. They fixed it cant even tell it was damaged at all. I will absolutely recommend them and I will for sure use them again if I ever have the need. Thank you for a great job!
