Needed a new ignition/door keyed. I had the parts, just needed them put in...I called a couple of other places in town and was floored by what they quoted to charge! I remembered that I took my other car to Honest collision a couple years ago and they were very reasonable along with excellent work, so I called and Fernando said he could do it. I made an appt, and will attest to their excellent service, friendliness, and the work was done in a couple of hours! The name matches the work and pricing! Thank you so much for doing the work that others would have raked me over the coals!

Got hit by a drunk driver and insurance recommended REF. had my car for 7 months.. not even a week later my drivers side breaks went out, they didn’t even connect it properly. Plus my truck wasn’t aligned, just got a skin for the door and my suspension/alignment was all messed up. They said they stand by their work so I gave it back to them. Another 3 months it sat in the shop and came out worse!! My insurance paid them close to 20k. Took it to another shop that actually fixed it correctly for under 7k. They made it look good on the outside but it was completely unsafe to drive.Services: Steering & suspension repair

Unfortunately we had a somewhat bad experience with this company. First of all there was red flags as we called them to see if they would fix my daughters car using Geico car insurance. As we were having a discussion if they worked with Geico, the gentleman said yes. Then I asked him, if they could accept my daughters car. He said they were back up for about a month. Then quickly changed his mind, and said yes. Red Flag!! Throughout the whole process and almost 2 months in, they have repeatedly said the car would be ready at the end of the week for the last 3 weeks. Then something else would happen or they would run into another issue. They did work on my daughters car and answer their phones as annoying as we were calling every week for updates. If you are willing to wait extensively for your car to get fixed they go right ahead. I gave this company 3 stars because they did a good job on the car besides the endless delays. And they were willing to accept alternative payments. No pics available.

After almost getting swindled for over aprx. $800,at a shop in close proximity to this one, (and no insurance except liability), I bought some parts needed for the repair of putting my front bumper back on. Seems no one could get me in for weeks. I called REF from a google search for collision centers, roswell, nm, and called. Santos said to bring it in for a quick estimate. I went straight there, and he put Chris to work on it immediately! I got to sit and watch the whole process, and they even replaced a few electric parts and spared me the expense of buying them! Over all this Shop will be my "Go to" shop for any body work, for future needs!! They are honest & do great work and not out to "Get over"! They saved me hundreds!!! God Bless this Shop! Keep it up! I will recommend highly!

We broke down right next to this business on a Sunday after business hours and the next day when we came to get the car the owner and staff were very understanding and helpful. They even helped us push the car onto our RV tow dolly. We really appreciate you guys and wish you all the best.

My vehicle repair took an extra day because a part was needed unexpectedly, but the business did a wonderful job on my vehicle and did a good job of communicating the situation and making sure the job was done perfectly.

Brought my BMW all the way from Alamogordo, NM to come here and it did not disappoint! I was in a unfortunate hit & run that damaged my front passenger side. REF collision fixed it completely! Looks just like it did before, maybe even better ? very happy with my results and hopefully I won’t be in need of repairs anytime soon, but if so- I’ll definitely be back!
