Been a long-time customer.. I was told the area we had just moved to was 5G. They switched our tower because we had little or no service. It's still horrible. Quite a few times I'm told I'm not connected to a network, then I'm lucky to have one bar, poor connections, calls won't go through. I'm not getting what I pay for.

The service it's self is good however when I went to upgrade my phone she was very adamant about me getting the TCL. Let me tell you if you like iPhones but don't want the price this is the phone for you even if it is an Android it is basically a cross between both. I however don't like iPhones I like my Samsungs and I could sit here all day picking apart what I don't like about this phone that I felt forced to pick. Because she wouldn't drop it. Also they open at a specific time and it was almost 2 hours after they we're supposed to be open when the lady opened up the store.

This is the Worst store I've been in. I have been a MetroPCS customer for years. When I went in to purchase a phone and add a line they messed up my account. I suggest for everyone to go to the South Main store. They will treat you the way you should be treated.

They suck so much dont recomend anyone to go to either store. They cant order any phone that u request even if the have the sign out... take forever on answer the phone and like to laugh at u took so much from not going off and starting stuff 😡
