It seems to get a response from SSW is to post a bad review. Internet service that we pay monthly, without fail, isn’t working yet again, even after a tech was out here for 2 hours just a few days ago. People of Chaves County should look to other providers as Straight Shot Wireless apparently cannot handle the job. If we cannot get the issue resolved, we will be looking for other services.

I picked up an Amazon package there and it was easy. My package was secure. I also get my internet from them as well. Great service.

Straight Shot Wireless is the best Internet Company to deal with.Our modem just stopped working (8:30pm last night) and I walked into Straight Shot with no notice I was coming and the lady at the desk was so awesome and willing to help. She asked for me to come back in a few hours to pick up a new modem no questions asked. I am so glad I went with this company for Internet. Shop Local and use this company you won't regret it!

Their contract contradicts itself. I was quoted a lower price than my husband. Regret giving them a try. Better service at a lower price from CenturyLink!
