Bought a car from them but the team was not willing to work with us on top of that they tried to raise the price of the car we were buying. I would not recommend buying from them.

Hands down great place to go to either buy a vehicle or have your vehicle serviced. The staff is very friendly and the atmosphere from the moment you walk in the door is welcoming, like they are welcoming you into their home. Highly recommend Roswell Honda!! ???

Sales Manager-Aaron & Sales-Person-JB. Great communication, friendly, teamwork, & buying process! Highly recommended overall, very satisfied after purchasing many vehicles over the years!! Give them a try. The entire working atmosphere was great. Everybody was working as a team & enjoying their day!!

It was a decent experience until.... I went to get information, find out prices and look at trucks. Fuchsia did an excellent job showing vehicles. When it came to numbers, her supervisor was informative, but overly persistent and would not take no for an answer (I wanted to consult my credit union before I would consider moving on). They offered NADA trade-in prices for my potential trade-in, but they were asking $8,000-$10,000 over the retail new NADA price for the vehicle I was considering, and that vehicle had 11k miles on it. Aaron(the sales manager?) was very rude, telling me the sales person was getting irritated and I was offensive for offering them $1000 over the NADA new retail price for their vehicle... an attitude and tone like that is unacceptable, Aaron.

They were very helpful when buying my car but they messed up my license plate. I’m out of state and they assured me they deal with this ALL THE TIME, they sent my paperwork 2 months late and to the wrong place so it was lost and never processed. Many calls to Joe in finance and he again assured me the mess up couldn’t be their issue, finally after more then 4 months I figured out what happened and spent 2 hours at the Arizona DMV only to find out they over charged me by $279.00, DMV sent this overcharge back to Roswell Honda for them to refund me and now they tell me they never received and check so unless I can get a tracking number I’m out of luck!! Poor customer service, never once did I get a call from them I always had to call them to get any information. Stay away from this place.
