I wish I could give zero stars!!! If you are prescribed ANY type of NARCOTIC, I would suggest going to ANY other pharmacy than here or Walmart. The red headed male pharmacist at CVS considers you a drug addict and treats you accordingly in front of everyone in the store. He has publicly humiliated me on several occasions and now because I spoke up, he has refused to fill a medication that I’ve been on and filled there for the last 9 months. I’m new to town so I pray that one day HE or one of HIS FAMILY members will have to endure surgery without any pain medication. I’m filing a complaint against him and his license and I hope CVS doesn’t support shaming people for needing medication a physician has prescribed.

Everyone was so kind and nice. A lovely young lady went out of her way to help me and I was so blessed as I got an over the counter Magnesium even better than I was looking for and then got a second bottle for mega cheap on sale. I will always choose to go there for Prescriptions and over the counter products‼️ Thank you CVS ?

I went there today to get a free flu shot. So I showed them my insurance card which was a Medicaid insurance card from New Mexico. The manager quickly looked at it with just a split second and then told me they didn’t take my insurance and I had to pay for the flu shot myself. I quickly left and went elsewhere. I guess they don’t take Medicaid there anymore. I also suspect the manager I talked to didn’t know what she was doing, and really didn’t want to give me the shot anyway! Don’t go there !

If I could give this place 10 stars, I would. I was traveling on vacation and lost my prescriptions and antibiotics. I called this CVS and they took my many calls quickly while I had 2 different providers send in Rx to obtain an emergency supply. They were understanding and filled my prescriptions quickly and with ease. I wish every CVS store operated like this one. THEY ARE A CLASS ACT!!!!!!

I’m a black veteran and I was inline to make a purchase. A Mexican man came in and instead of asking who’s next the person waited on the mexican. What a slap in the face. I will not use CVS even if it was the last pharmacy in Roswell nm

Hands down the best pharmacy service in town always super quick and friendly and sure to get your prescription ready as soon as it comes thru. Highly recommend to anybody needing to fill their prescriptions. But forewarned don't go at 130 they do go to lunch on the dot.

This is the first time I have something bad to say about CVS pharmacy in Roswell New Mexico and it is just ridiculous on whoever was working the drive up window doing this to a customer. My husband went to go pick up my meds he was waiting behind a truck for a good 10 minutes and as that truck leaves he pulls up to the window and they have locked the cage and left a note gone to lunch knowing he was there waiting beforehand!! that is just so unprofessional so rude and so unappreciated.

Crystal B was so nice over the phone when I called to find out if CVS took my insurance. I really appreciated that. I'd been trying to get another large chain pharmacy to take my insurance, because they are in the network. They told me I was not eligible for Tri care as the secondary. Today I spent 2 hours on the phone with my Humana rep. We went through everything. Tri care said I was eligible, of course. My Humana lady called the pharmacy with me on the line. She was going to tell them how to submit to Express Script (tricare) but the chain pharmacy would not talk to her. She wanted me to come down to the store. So I did. The line was long. An employee told me I was last in line before lunch. Ok. He said they would take me. When I got the the pharmacy person, he said there was no one to help me as everyone was at lunch. It was 1:40. I asked what the lunch hours were and he said there were signs all over the store! Rude. So I will go to CVS. We had to change pharmacies from Sams because they are no longer taking our insurance. Thank you, CVS.
