Great experience with great people. Bottomed out on my passenger side decided to replace the crap stock Toyota cam tabs and weld gussets on the steering knuckle. Also added Stage 8 Icon suspension. I put it all together and still things didn't look right, was afraid I may have bent something. Took it in and in no time they had it looking great and driving straight.

Definitely not something you would expect from a business, completely destroying parts on a customer vehicle…go somewhere they do honest work and not lie about it.

Busted both of my front alignment tabs and tried telling me parts that are less than a year old and meticulously maintained were seized and that’s what forced them to mangle my truck. Didn’t get my alignment within spec as I asked, didn’t notify my rear thrust angle was out of spec at .29° and then .33° after their work had been done. Then, openly admitted that all 4 cam bolts weren’t torqued to spec?! Never again will a shop in Roswell touch my vehicle. I am currently out of work due the damage they caused and on top of the $140 alignment fee, now I have to purchase parts to fix this, plus deal with the down time. They offered to “fix” the damage, but no way will I ever let this place touch anything more than a hotweels…

We were on vacation when our exhaust started making a rattling noise. Being in an unfamiliar town, we googled repair places and chose Golden Rule. What a great decision. The owner was pleasant and got our vehicle in within 10 minutes. Within 20 minutes he had it fixed and at a fair and reasonable price! The facility was clean and comfortable for waiting and the office staff was pleasant. I highly recommend this business!

One of the employees made a racist joke to my wife. They also wanted to charge an insane amount of money to do the work on her car. i wouldn’t go here if my car was on fire!

There is good professional and honest. But sad they kind rude little mean. I ask them only ac cold not ask for parts. We know lot parts for my daughter’s car need just cold ac that’s it. They keeps ask need too much parts. Now they said can’t come back. Unfair, two of my friends said they can come back but why me can’t come back. My language not well I am second language English. I guess they not like to commutation with me.
