The car ran well, low mileage, no issues. No line at the service counter coming or going.

Only one because it wouldn’t let me leave zero. I am an understanding person. But when you advertise EVERYWHERE your hours AND the 1800 number representative says you have 24hrs after you pick up to get your reservation, don’t you think you should be open? A hand written note when we had to drive all the way there in the first place just to see there isn’t a person there more than 10 min before and after flights is ridiculous. I wasn’t the only customer out a vehicle either. You should just close the kiosk in the airport it is never open when needed. Apparently it is suppose to be a self serve availability too….NOPE just the sign that says you do. Bad form Enterprise, bad form.???????

Despite receiving an e-mail confirmation for the rental with a specified pick-up location and time, we were unable to do so as staff is nowhere to be found. There is a sign to call the local office; however, there is no answer there either.

If I could give 10 negative stars i would ..this was the worst service ever. We have rented from enterprise before and we used to love the service in Roswell New Mexico. This last trip was a complete nightmare. The Van was not what they promised us. It was an old outdated van, it smelled like a wet dog. But that was stuff that we thought we could overlook as we were traveling from Roswell New Mexico. To Las Vegas Nevada for a family vacation.. A 150 miles out of Flagstaff the Check engine light came on stating that it only had5 % oil life . By pure grace we made it to flag staff and they tired to help but because of the poor service in Roswell even the flagstaff workers were shocked . They covered the oil change but could not get us another van . We made it to vegasa day later lost money for not being able to cancel the hotel reservations for that day lost Roswell Enterprise because of your Horrible service you completely made our trip a stressful inconvenience. Shame on you Roswell New Mexico Enterprise you ruined what could have been a great family vacation. I will never rent from you and I'll make sure to let everyoneon social media and in person know , I can about this ..You could make it right by refunding 1/2 if not all. I will make sure to send a complaint to your corporate office.

I made a reservation on this Roswell NM Airport online. Their website says it’s open on Saturday from 8:30-10:00 p.m. but when I get there around 9:00 p.m. it was close and no one’s around. I tried calling several times but it was just the automatic voicemail who keep answering. So disappointed. They should update their websites with their correct opening days and times.

Worse experience ever. Our flight landed at 11pm and no one was there to help us. The number left at the desk didn’t work. We have been traveling for nearly 24 hrs and my elderly parents are tired and the six of us were stranded. I was told my car rental was for an off site location thatclosed at 430 pm and “oh well we can just get it tomorrow”. The address given to me when making the reservation was the airport address not the off site one I verified it numerous times when making the reservation . I was told the process for getting the car after hours as well as for dropping it off. Not sure who dropped the ball here, but this is a huge inconvenience for us. The taxi driver said this happens all the time and she frequently rescues people in this same situation. It is now costing us as much for a taxi as it did for our entire car rental. Once I get this straightened out I hope to be reimbursed by enterprise for the inconvenience. Meanwhile it’s now 1215 am and we still are not at our Airbnb. I wish I could give this negative stars because I am extremely dissatisfied right now. Someone needs to address the obvious issues at this location.

WARNING! Do NOT reserve a car here! They do not man the booth. I and other travelers were stuck here. Several reservations and nobody shows up!

I am appalled at the unprofessionalism of this place. I called twice (a week before my trip and a day before) and spoke to a woman named Nicole or something. She promised they keep track of the flight times and would be there once the plane landed. NO ONE WAS THERE. I was lucky to not be alone, but we were completely stranded. There was another party who were waiting with me too and they said an enterprise employee confirmed they would be at the Roswell airport on time. Your hours online say “9-10pm” so we waited an hour til 9; then the airport employees told us they were closing. So we got kicked out of the airport and had to wait outside, we ended up calling cabs. But now it’s the next day and i still don’t have a rental car! I’m stranded at my Airbnb because there are no Ubers or Lyfts in Artesia.I was so excited for this trip, but being stranded at the airport with no confirmation ruined everything and I had to spend an extra 100$ on a cab ride to Artesia.I can see from other reviews this has happened to other people, you guys NEED to fix this problem. I would also like to be accommodated with a discount on my next rental.Shame on you Enterprise!

Just got a call from enterprise in Roswell NM informing me that although I made a reservation two weeks ago they can’t honor it bc they have no vehicles. Calling me at the last minute and no apology. Don’t expect them to honor your reservation they won’t. I think it was his too bad for you attitude that set me off - no sympathy nada. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

I was abandoned at the counter with no one to help me. I flew in at 915pm and nobody was there. I had to walk because the airport shut down at 10pm. Finally a Lyft driver answered my call by chance. From the looks at all the one stars, this is typical. This is reckless and unsafe for passengers. Not sure how you equate this in terms of reimbursement of time , safety and overall care of your customers. I am just shocked.

The Roswell facility is small and has limited hours since there are only about 6 flights coming in daily. The staff arrived after our flight landed. Smooth process of getting reserved vehicle. No problem turning it in either. They did a good job.

Made a reservation to pick up a car from this location on a Saturday. Google Maps showed that that would be open and I went through the Enterprise website to make my reservation. Everything went well with making my reservation. I get to the location and no one is there, I attempted to call the number provided and couldn't reach a person. Note to Enterprise: If you are going to allow people to reserve a car at a certain time make sure someone is actually there to rent out the car.

I would give negative stars if I could. This location is worthless. I reserved a car online to pick up at 4:00pm only to drive 40 miles and the location never opened. 2 calls to “customer service” and the location still never opened. Even if they had no reservations schedule the location should be open during the hours that are stated online. Incompetent doesn’t seem like a strong enough word to describe the service at this location. The service is non existent. Do not depend on a rental car from this place. I am more than frustrated and now have to scramble to make other travel plans on a weekend when no other rental car places are open. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION. THEY WILL LEAVE YOU STRANDED WITH NO WAY TI RESOLVE THE SITUATION. Whoever manages this location should be terminated immediately if they cannot open the location the time that they are supposed to.

BOOK WITH SOMEONE ELSE. Arrived on a flight and no one was there to service the counter. Waited for over an hour. Even despite signs at the desk saying “We will be here for arrivals of every American Airlines flight”. I’ll tell you what the hertz staff was absolutely there.

My friend and I rented a car from El Paso Airport 6/20 for us on our vacation across New Mexico until 6/24, when we would drop off the car in Cortez, CO. It struggled to turn over at first and the employee said it did not sound good but had us take it anyway. The rest of the day into the next it struggled to start.Yesterday at 3:30 pm the car shut down while I was driving in downtown Roswell, NM. The engine light came on and across the dash it said "low steering power" and "no power going to engine." I was able to steer it to the side and put on my hazard lights. After a few minutes of trying it finally turned on and I was able to pull into a parking lot.I called the number on our rental agreement and after being on hold for about 20 minutes we talked to Roadside Assistance who told us they were sending a tow truck driver to us and that the Enterprise in downtown Roswell would have a car for us to use.Immediately after we got off the phone I got a callback from the Roswell Enterprise who said he didn't have any cars. We said we needed to get to our hotel in White's City and how do we get there. He said he didn't know. We reiterated that we were stranded and he said we would need to go to Carlsbad NM (1.25 hours away) and see if they had a car there. We asked how to get there without a car. He said he couldn't help with that. We asked if he can have them send us a car and he said that wasn't his job.We tried to call Carlsbad Enterprise and ended up with Roadside Service again after another twenty minute hold. They told us the Roswell airport definitely had a car, so after we were towed we should call back and they would send us an Uber there. The thought of yet another long call on hold and then the confusion of an Uber being sent to you was horrible, and our tow truck driver offered to take us to the airport. He dropped us off around 5 p.m. When we got inside there was a large crowd around the Enterprise desk but no one there. After about 15 minutes two employees came over. When it was finally our turn we explained our situation and the employee immediately got frustrated. He said he already talked to us and said he didn't have any cars. We said we were just told you had cars for us and we were supposed to come here. He said Roadside Assistance never knew what was going on but he didn't have any cars. We asked how we were supposed to get to our hotel and he said that wasn't his problem. His name is Josue and we are extremely extremely upset with him and this entire ordeal. We ended up calling a Lyft for the 2 hour drive. This cost us $300. We are now in White's City with no car and a ruined vacation, and all along the way we have been told our issue is "not their job," given the run around, and out $300 AS WELL AS the $412 we spent on the rental in the first place. Our vacation is ruined and we have no idea how much of it we will be able to salvage, if we can salvage it, or how we will get from Point A to Point B. This is unacceptable. The car you rented to us was unsafe, dangerous, and now that we are stranded you are giving us the run around and telling us it is not your problem.Renting a car through Enterprise is the absolute worst decision we have ever made and you have ruined our vacation. This is unsafe, so extremely expensive, and absolutely unacceptable. We paid you for a service and you have not provided it.
