First time at the DMV express. I needed to get a new state license. Found out that the price of a license here was more expensive then at the regular DMV. Also, I did not feel like the workers or environment was friendly or inviting. I left there feeling rejected. I will try the regular DMV and see if I have better luck.

I rarely use the State DMV except for my CDL Renewal and if they ever start I will use them for it. Service is fast and convenient at a decent price unlike other so call Express businesses in Roswell and Chaves County. I highly recommend this place.

Called to ask a few questions. The man I spoke to just kept telling me he "doesn't know" and eventually just hung up on me. When I called back as soon as he realized it was me he immediately hung up again.

I made five trips to the DMV trying to get a car titled that I had bought and every time it was I needed something else. When I had mejumped thru all their hoops they told me I had to go to a different DMV cause they couldnt do it so I went to DMV Express and was done in 15 min.
