I just want to truly let the guys at discount know my appreciation. I had a bad valve stem and was on my way to Texas . I stopped in and expected to be overcharged as usual like everywhere else. And I was shocked and overwhelmed when they gave mey keys and said no charge sir! Wow! That's amazing and thank you discount tire in Roswell for fixing my tire and more so for showing me that there is still some good American values I thought were lost. Awesome thank you and God bless for real!!!!

This place is awesome and you’re one stop shop to go get your tires in the desert. I was up 20 miles north at OHV Park off US-70 and one of my tires became really low so I pumped it up and headed towards Roswell as I knew, that was my only hope for getting Tires. I called around to a couple other places and they were on back order for almost all trailer tires.
Then I called discount tire they said bring that thing in we’ll get you taken care of these guys work so hard to make sure that you can get your stuff back on the road, got the tires replaced. They saw that another tire had more damage as well. So now it’s the next morning I’m able to go back up and go enjoy my vacation out here and Rob (
aka Radio)as well as Oscar and that whole crew deserves a pat on the back and round of applause if I’m ever out here again and I need a tire this is the first place I’ll call. ?? ??

Everyone there was polite, they gave me several options instead of just giving me what they thought I wanted, and they really took their time to work with me instead of just doing it. Definitely going back because of their Hands-On approach.

I am driving back to Austin and stopped at Discount Tires in Roswell NM. Aaron A checked my tire air pressure and asked about the spare tire. I( know I have one.)
Aaron suggested we check the spare tire. I finally said yes. The spare tire was flat ? Aaron went above and beyond today. Give this young man a raise ?

I went in person to show them a wheel I wanted to get mounted and I asked them if they can mount a certain tire size and ask them clearly if they could do it and they told me yes so I made the appointment and I was waiting there for like an hour and they came out and looked at them like three times and after a whole hour they come on and tell me they can't do it that's why I asked clearly so I wouldn't have to be there for a full hour waiting I am never doing business with Discount Tire ever again

Oscar is the best!!!! These guys went above and beyond to get my car off the tow truck and on the road again. I was 2 hours from home with no spare, they were amazing!!!!
