I had to call three times because the first time no one got back to me after they said someone would txt me back info. The second time I got the txt and someone said they would call me back, again no one called back. On my third time I got some basic info and it did not gave me the security I was looking for to take my vehicle so I just went back to my ins. agent. Thanks!

My SUV looked fine but when I got back to Texas my sensor wasn't working and my vehicle has been beeping and braking when there is NOTHING behind me. It breakers to hard 3 times in a row when i was trying to back out of a driveway that it basically re- injured me. Getting rear ended while out of state has turned into a nightmare and now I have to get my vehicle diagnosed and repaired again because they didn't calibrate my sensors apparently. Not to mention a pair of sunglasses were stolen out of my vehicle. Someone called a week ago to ask how my repairs were and my experience. I told them how unsatisfied I was and was told a supervisor would contact me. No one ever did.

So I get my car fixed at Desert Sun collision center, I drop it off at the overnight location on Sunday. I get a call late Monday asking if they were suppose to be doing something with my car. After I explained they said they understood and the collision team would be there to pick it up for repair smh. 1. Why are they not on top of things to know what is to be done with overnight vehicles and why hadn't my car been started on that morning as they originally told me? Moving on, they have it for 3 days.....they did a good job with the bumper but missed a portion. 2. How do you not fix everything that resulted from the collision. THEN, next day I look in my back seat to put groceries in it and this is what I see!!!! 3. Why are there foot prints to say the least and how rude of you not to clean up after yourself. The professionalism here is distasteful to say the least.

Stopped in here on a road trip because the crazy wind had blown open our passenger side door breaking a hinge and putting the door off track. I had contacted their other mechanic office (via text which was super helpful!) and they got back to me immediately and directed me to their collision center. We went there and the mechanic (I wish I had caught his name because he was great!) helped us to get the door in working order and back on track within 15 minutes so we could finish our road trip safely and without the loud wind rushing in. These guys were friendly, helpful, super quick and I would highly recommend them!

I had taken in my 2013 Subaru BRZ, with a custom body kit to have some repairs done. I had told them about the body kit being custom many times before I even had taken in the car, they even had images of the vehicle before they started work on it. They told me they would have no issues completing work on the vehicle and I should have it back within a week.

I had told them about the body kit being custom many times before I even had taken in the car, they even had images of the vehicle before they started work on it. They told me they would have no issues completing work on the vehicle and I should have it back within a week. Well today is the 6th day, and I receive a very discerning call, they contact me to tell me that after they had removed the back bumper, they had realized it was a custom body kit. Keep in mind, I had told them many times before this. I was told the vehicle was in the paint shop yesterday, but it seems all they have done in 6 days was take off the back bumper and realize that the vehicle had a custom body kit. They also went on to tell me, that they might end up doing more damage, then repair if they even attempt to repair the back bumper. Along with this, they had told me many times when I would call for an update that they would call me back the following day with information, but all these times I would end up having to call back to receive any information regarding my inquiry. If you have anything other then stock parts on your vehicle, and even then, I would highly suggest not even giving them the light of day to complete any work on your vehicle. Do not even give them a call. Edit: Along with another users, I can not stress the fact that even after contacting Google, I am not able to leave a review lower than a star. :(

Anyone that knows me, knows how much I love my Honda Accord. So, when my vehicle was involved in a hit and run, it was devastating to me. Desert Sun Collision Center in Roswell, NM was highly recommend. They took such good care of me. They helped with with the insurance claim and got my vehicle in right away. The repairs were absolutely flawless. The paint was a perfect match. You could not tell whatsoever, that any damage had ever been done to my vehicle. They also detailed my car, so when I picked it up… it looked better than when I dropped it off. I would also like to say that Travis Hicks went out of his way to make sure I was very well taken care of. Thank you Desert Sun Collision Center!

super fast and and easy to work with. Fixed hail damage in a jiffy and Keith and his team went out of their way to make sure it was a good experience.
