My wife and I have been using Richland Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram even when it was Desert Sun. The reason we drive from Carlsbad to Roswell is because of the people who work there and the service they provide. They are honest, truthful, and very professional. They always take time to visit with us find ways to make our visit comfortable and productive. When they tell us something is needing immediate attention I don't think twice about getting it done. If I think something needs repairs they also let me know if it can be delayed or not. They have our complete trust.

Brought in 2024 dodge ram in because the horn was constantly going off every time you turned the wheel. The speakers were shorting out to the passenger side, and the headlights on auto had no high beams.Two hours away and I had to take off work so I lost at least three hours pay each each way to drive the truck there plus someone from work had to take me. . Told the guy at the desk the issues. Week later I picked it up and didn’t see anything on the paperwork except the horn was fixed. A guy at the front desk said the clock spring they fixed would take care of everything. It was all tied together in the steering column. Talk about blowing smoke up your a**.! They never tested a thing except the horn. Driving back (after they are closed mined you) speakers are shorting out, no high beams on auto. I find from an engineer the clock spring is only for the horn. I just want to scream!!!
