Very bad service, keeps dropping 90% of my calls. Have to use wifi calling to be able to use my phone. Can't even open most images on my texts. Been given the run around at the store, and on the 800 numbers. No one seems to know how to fix my issues. Bought a brand new phone May 2021 and had problems since the beginning, they told me to send it in, and they sent me a used replacement. That is unacceptable. I called a few times to speak to a manager and they said one would call me back, and never did. This used phone is worst and no one will make it right. They send me back and forth, so I just stopped calling. It makes me so upset with every problem I have about this phone. Most of the people I talk to are kind and polite. But still have problems. It's upsetting to get their texts to tell me about my due bill because they are on top when taking my money. I can't wait to move on from this problem. I don't like posting reviews but people need to be aware that they don't value their customers.

They only rate a one as they were open for business…..if you want to call it that. They were extremely rude and did not help in any way. The girl told me she had been employed there for 6 years, didn’t know much for six years experience!

I've had cricket for a couple years now and I used to have it before then I switched to straight talk and then I switched back because I thought it was going to be better than straight talk with all the upgrades but it's basically the same the only thing is if you pay online through the my cricket app you don't get the $5 fee but how are you supposed to do that when you keep getting a notification saying that cricket is not available and to call

Wasn't able to take a phone off my plan in store,had to call and it took like at least 30 minutes to get ahold of them.l didn't feel like they provide good service there

After almost 10+ with cricket, on my dads line, we have never been treated this way. Any issue you have that they can easily resolve at the store, you are told to “call customer service” & move on. We've had lines removed from our account or changed in-store before at a different location and the girls at this location are unmotivated and it seems like you bother them when asking for help. Due to the customer service at this store, I will NOT be recommending any one to cricket. Sorry to sound like a Karen but I am beyond mad at how bad the service here has been.

Very poor service I had an issue that needed taken care of. So I went to pay my phone bill and to see if I could get help and was treated very bad by the store clerk. And I was told very rude that I needed to call customer service and was asked to do that and to move on so she could help someone else. I called customer service and I was told that it could have been resolved there at the cricket store but that she would help me over the phone. And it took maybe five minutes and it was taken care of by customer service I then went back after being taken care of by customer service over the phone. And stood back in line and when I was able to see the store clerk this young lady said I can't help you you need to get with customer service. I then advised her I did now will you please take my payment. In twenty two year's I have been a cricket customer I have never been treated like this . In California or New Mexico as I am treated here in our Roswell store. I started with four lines now I'm down to three phone lines. And sad to say that I will be paying my bill at the Artesia store or online because this store clerks have the worst customer skills ever. I know that if I go somewhere else won't change anything but it has crossed my mind.

Every time customer service gets worst they told me to call customer service to do the changes I needed then customer service told me that they have to been done at the store so went to the store and they sent me back to online ? would not recommend anymore

Whenever you call cricket they'll never connect you to person I had a complaint to do and then never talk to me was just the answer machine ?
