I had to hurry and get out of town for an emergency when I called Caprock Tire & Service due to an almost flat tire. The gentleman dispatched his service man out. He aired up my tire and I followed him to the shop. Instead of fixing my flat he said he’d mount my new tires for me. They did all of this with no hassle!! They were affordable too!! Had blow out on a semi between roswell nm and tularosa nm on 70, nothing out there and 730 in the evening , they called me back within 15 minutes and kept in close contact until a truck for repair was dispatched, fixed me up in a timely manner, thanks guys. Great attitudes and fantastic and professional work ethics!

Just when you think customer service is out the window these guys delivered. Great response time great customer service up front and honest. Blew a tire yesterday called left a message didn't have to wait but 5 mins called back gave them tire size had someone one the way within 15 mins and total down time was 2 1/2 hours on call guy communicated on arrival and when he was there.
