Delia helped me upgrade my phone and told me about my phone having a built-in screen protector which I love and when I asked if she heard any bad things about the Motorola razr she let me know other who have the Motorola razr loves their and I'm enjoying mine. Also helped me get a phone case for my other phone I have with them and headphones.

Delia helped us through the whole process of transferring a number and establishing service. She was very patient with us, as my family was there in person and they had me on speakerphone. We definitely felt very blessed with her compassion and care she showed us. She was the reason we decided on boost mobile because of the care she gave to another family member prior.

I went in looking for a new phone to upgrade to and they didn't have it in stock. Then a family member recently told me they are no longer at that location. But I have been using boot mobile for years. Great company!

Piss poor service it shows noon-5pm that they are open I went there 3 different times and days and weighted 5 hours nobody showed up to open the store

Went to Boost Mobile on Saturday, 18 November. The service was incredibly good and the technician was helpful and courteous beyond what I expected. Highly recommended!

I was there the day Karen was in the store. She was being a Karen. I was waiting in the store to apply for acp. And Karen was holding up the line as Delia was trying to help her with the various phones she could purchase. There was no way she was disrespectful in anyway. She even offered Karen for her to bring her phone the next day to transfer her stuff off her other phone. Once Karen was out of the way Delia offered great customer service as she did with Karen. I got the phone I wanted at a great price. Thank you Delia

Your associate, Delia cost you a customer of 11 years! Too busy with her friends to give me any info on an upgrade so I got a phone that didn't match my needs!! When I tried to get the Samsung phone at the upgraded price she said now it would cost me 300 bucks! Went across the street to another carrier n got excellent info n switched! Got a better phone and much better rates. The gentleman who helped was very attentive as your associate should have been. Bye Boost, you suck!
