I’ve been with AT&T for years, after leaving a competitor, and have been through a variety of efficiency levels, from both employees AND managers. Thank you, Jeremy. This is the first Google review I’ve left for any AT&T location, and only the third Google review ever. ?

Jennifer is amazing!! She is always so helpful and patient with me, because when I go in I have a lot of questions to ask and she answers them all. She is my go to person hands down! Jessica I have dealt with and she is very nice and helpful as well.

Warning: these guys have no clue! My wife and I tried for 4 days to get a prepaid phone activated. They sent us back to Walmart (where the phone was bought), then told us to call the hotline, where they had no clue either (and hung up on us). They told in the process that our account was suspended because there was no money on it (we're wondering where that went), then it was suspended for the phone not being "sold". Excuse after excuse. After 4 days of trying we finally only wanted our money back. Guess what, impossible! The store says they can't do it, it has to go through hotline. Hotline says they can't do it because it was payed in the store so the store has to refund it. They are THIEFS! We still don't have our money back. We are now going through our credit card company. Do NOT do business with these guys!

Lousy customer service. Jennifer was rude and not helpful. When we asked about pricing she pointed to a display and said it’s over there. We went and looked. She checked her phone and took a drink of her energy drink. We came back and asked which ones were in stock? She pointed to the display and those listed. Her name tag said manager. She seemed more interested in her drink and phone and conversation at the next table than helping us so we left.
